KI sold and installed Autologic APS/4 output modules and error recovery module for Arkansas Gazette (Little Rock); San Antonio Light (Texas); and the Canton Repository. (Ohio). All are major daily newspapers.

KI also consulted KVB, Incorporated (Los Angeles affiliate of Screen Gems - Columbia Publications) on computerizing music typography.

Later that year, KI developed automated table setting software for the Messenger Corporation's GA18/30 system, which we had helped set up the previous year.
