Received contracts from another long-time
customer, Laurin Publishing Corporation
to develop software for them to publish their directories
in-house using PostScript rather than continuing to
utilize an outside service bureau. The nature
of their directory required custom sofware,
as available off-the-shelf packages could not automate their
typographic needs from their legacy database.
KI also developed other versions
of the same process to allow them to utilize
that same data in HTML format for Internet and
CD-ROM publishing.
KI continues to support its customers with requested updates,
while assisting their migration to Internet publishing.
